REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
   1.     1.1.Due to the nature of digital content, subscriptions, downloadable files and digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or delivered unless required by law.
   2.     1.2. Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle.

2. LIVESTREAMS & EVENTS
   1.     2.1.Refunds for livestreams or digital events are issued only where:

• the event is cancelled;
•  access is materially unavailable due to Platform fault.

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
   1.     3.1.Marketplace sellers are responsible for handling returns and refunds in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
   2.     3.2. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.

4. CHARGEBACK ABUSE
   1.     4.1.Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of refund systems may result in account suspension.
