MARKETPLACE SELLER TERMS

1. INTRODUCTION
   1.     1.1.These Marketplace Seller Terms govern participation in SainTstore.

2.     1.2. Sellers operate independently and are solely responsible for their listings and fulfilment.

2. SELLER OBLIGATIONS
   1.     2.1.Sellers must ensure products are:

• legal;
• safe;
• accurately described;
• compliant with applicable laws.

2.     2.2.Sellers are responsible for:

• shipping;
• returns;
• customer support;
• taxes;
•  customs compliance.

3. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS
   1.     3.1.Sellers may not list:

• illegal goods;
• counterfeit products;
• weapons;
• drugs;
• explicit adult products;
• dangerous goods;
•  fraudulent products.

SHIPPING

1.     4.1.Sellers may use integrated third-party shipping providers including Sendcloud.

2.     4.2.Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

3.     4.3. Sellers are responsible for shipment fulfilment and tracking.

5. REFUNDS & DISPUTES
   1.     5.1.Sellers are responsible for handling eligible returns and refund obligations.

2.     5.2. SainTree reserves the right to intervene in disputes where necessary.

6. ACCOUNT ACTIONS
   1.     6.1.SainTree may remove listings or suspend sellers that violate these Terms.
