CREATOR AGREEMENT

Effective Date: 14/05/2026

1. INTRODUCTION

1.     1.1.This Creator Agreement governs participation in the SainTree creator monetisation programme.
2.     1.2.By applying for or operating a creator account, you agree to comply with this Agreement in addition to the Website Terms & Conditions.

 

2. CREATOR ELIGIBILITY
   1.     2.1.Creators must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• complete identity verification;
• provide accurate information;
• comply with all applicable laws.

2.     2.2.SainTree reserves the right to refuse creator access at its sole discretion.

 

3. CREATOR MONETISATION
   1.     3.1.Creators may monetise through:

• subscriptions;
• livestreaming;
• digital downloads;
• tips;
• coaching services;
• educational content;
• approved affiliate promotions.

2.     3.2.Standard creator commission is 15%.

3.     3.3.Pro creator commission is 8% subject to an active £19.99 monthly Pro subscription.

4.     3.4.SainTree may modify fees with reasonable notice.

 

PAYOUTS

1.     4.1.Payouts are processed through approved payment providers.

2.     4.2.Earnings are subject to a 7-day rolling reserve.

3.     4.3.Minimum payout threshold is £50.

4.     4.4.SainTree may withhold payouts where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance or platform protection.

 

5. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
   1.     5.1.Creators are solely responsible for:

• uploaded content;
• tax obligations;
• product fulfilment;
• legal compliance;
• claims made in coaching or educational content.

2.     5.2.Creators may not:

• upload prohibited content;
• infringe copyright;
• impersonate others;
• engage in scams or deceptive conduct.

 

6. CONTENT LICENCE
   1.     6.1.Creators retain ownership of their content.

2.     6.2.Creators grant SainTree a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, distribute and promote creator content on the Platform.

 

7. TERMINATION
   1.     7.1.SainTree may suspend or terminate creator accounts for Terms violations, fraud risks or compliance concerns.

    7.2.Creators remain liable for outstanding disputes, chargebacks or legal obligations following termination.
